These terms and conditions govern the reservation, sale and adoption of kittens from Blue Russian Kittens Australia. By placing a deposit or adopting a kitten, you agree to these terms and conditions, which exist to protect both our kittens and the families who welcome them home.
A $250 deposit secures a kitten or a place on our waitlist. Deposits are applied to the final price of $2,500 and are non-refundable if the buyer withdraws, as a reservation removes the kitten from availability for other families.
Every kitten leaves us vet-checked, vaccinated (F3), microchipped and wormed, with a health record provided. We raise our kittens in a clean, loving home environment and stand behind their health at the time of adoption.
Kittens are ready to go home at 12 to 14 weeks. Local collection can be arranged, and we offer safe Australia-wide delivery through trusted, pet-experienced transport providers at the buyer’s cost.
Adopters agree to provide lifelong care, proper nutrition, veterinary attention, identification and a safe indoor environment. Our kittens are companion animals and are not to be used for breeding or resale without prior written agreement.
If, for any reason, you are unable to keep your kitten, please contact us first. We ask that any kitten we have placed ever be returned to us rather than rehomed elsewhere, so we can ensure a safe outcome.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. We provide ongoing guidance and support, and we ask that adopters communicate openly with us about any concern.
